El pr\u00f3ximo 23 de febrero se celebrar\u00e1 en Sevilla el III CONGRESO DE PRUEBA JUDICIAL: LA PRUEBA EN ACCI\u00d3N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este Congreso est\u00e1 organizado por el Instituto de Prob\u00e1tica y Derecho Probatorio y el Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Sevilla (ICAS), y cuenta con la colaboraci\u00f3n de nuestra Asociaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Congreso, que se har\u00e1 presencial y tambi\u00e9n on line, se celebrar\u00e1 en el Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Sevilla, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Frederic Munn\u00e9 Catarina (Presidente del Instituto de Prob\u00e1tica y Derecho Probatorio) y de Juan Antonio Andino L\u00f3pez (abogado, profesor de la Universidad Pompeu Fabra y vicepresidente del Instituto de Rafael Orellana, intervendr\u00e1 moderando la ponencia: LA PRUEBA PERICIAL EN EXAMEN: \u00bf \u00bfQU\u00c9 ESPERA UN JUEZ DE UN DICTAMEN PARA QUE SEA CONVINCENTE? \u00bfCU\u00c1NDO A UN JUEZ LE DEJA DE CONVENCER UN DICTAMEN PERICIAL?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este Congreso es la continuaci\u00f3n de los dos anteriores que se celebraron en Barcelona con el objetivo de colaborar con la comunidad jur\u00eddica y se dirige especialmente a los pr\u00e1cticos en Derecho que desean reforzar sus conocimientos con las \u00faltimas corrientes jurisprudenciales en la materia. El programa incluye ponencias muy \u00fatiles referidas a la pr\u00e1ctica concreta de la prueba en el proceso. Todos los ponentes son expertos en materia de prueba (adjuntamos el programa).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
